Kohiki Small Plate – Gourd | 粉引豆皿 ひょうたん

A small hand-crafted plate made from coarse red clay with a white slip finish, decorated with traditional stamped patterns. Each piece is individually shaped, so no two are exactly alike. The gourd motif has long been cherished in Japanese culture as a symbol of prosperity, good fortune, and protection—making this plate both meaningful and full of character.
